Plano Community Homes has a variety of transporation options, from a large multi-passenger bus to a mini-van.  Transportation is offered Monday through Friday during business hours and is not available on holidays, evenings or weekends.  Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are available for medical and recreational requests.  Medical includes doctor's appointments, dental, blood/lab work, optometrist, dialysis, rehab and others.  Recreational is anything not medical such as trips to Plano Senior Center, bank, grocery and others.   Weekly trips are scheduled for Wal-Mart, Asia World, Kroger and Tom Thumb.
