The West Campus is a HUD 202 Project Rental Assistance Project (PRAC) community located in West Plano, north of the Medical Center of Plano. It boasts three apartment buildings, with 167 one bedroom apartments. There are two large community rooms, each serving as multipurpose rooms, used for anything from exercise to dinner and dancing. There are also resident gardening opportunities, an Eternity Garden and community patios for reflection, conversation and socialization.

Not far from our East Campus is Pioneer Place Senior Housing, located on Avenue K, which is a HUD 202 Project Rental Assistance Project (PRAC). There are 134 one bedroom apartments in this community, with resident gardens, an expansive community room with a kitchen, pool table and ping pong table, a small library, piano, and a big screen TV for everyone’s viewing enjoyment. We also have a resident computing center with WiFi.

Fairoaks has 40 one-bedroom apartments. This property consists of 6 apartments per building, all located at the ground level with a shared porch for visiting.
