Plano Community Homes (PCH)

This is to announce that Plano Community Homes West Campus is accepting applications for residency. Applications are available at the East Campus (1612 Ave L), our website (applications) or call 972-423-6058, beginning June 1, 2010. Applications will be accepted on June 16, 2010 on a first come, first serve basis from 9AM to 4PM. Applications MUST be submitted to the East Campus business office. (see address below) We are also accepting applications for Plano Community Homes East Campus and Pioneer Place Senior Housing.

Eligibility requirements for PCH West are:

  1. Age 62 and over
  2. Current Annual Income for a single person household is $23,950 and for a two-person household is $27,350.
  3. PCH West Campus has one building (Phase IV) which will accept applications from applicants whose income falls within $38,300 for a one person household and $43,750 for a two person household.
  4. All Plano Community Home Sponsored Properties are prohibited from providing medical care. Applicants must be eligible and qualified. Residents may live here with or without assistance.
  5. Plano Community Homes is a smoke free facility.
